  4. Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Once we receive a proper notification of claimed infringement, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the material. The user will also be provided with a copy of the notification and informed of their right to file a counter-notification.

  4. The user’s name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.

Once we receive a proper counter-notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days, unless the complaining party notifies us of legal action.
